These terms apply when you use kessara.co. The site is run by KESSARA, LLC ("KESSARA," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who can use the site
You must be at least 18 to sign up for anything on this site.
Not medical advice
Everything on this site, including the Journal, is general information. It isn't medical advice, and it isn't a substitute for talking with your doctor. Check with a healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. KESSARA is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
The Founding Circle and pre-launch offers
Joining the Founding Circle is free and doesn't commit you to buy anything. It means you'll get emails from us before launch, and you'll get the founding-member offer when KESSARA launches.
The exact founding rate, what it applies to, and how long it lasts will be set out in the sales and subscription terms you see before you buy. Those terms control if anything on this site says otherwise. The Founding Circle closes when KESSARA launches. Launch timing, product details and offers may change before then.
Emails
When you sign up, you agree to get marketing emails from KESSARA. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can use it anytime.
Affiliate applications
Applying to the affiliate program doesn't create a partnership or guarantee you'll be accepted. If we approve you, a separate written affiliate agreement will set out the terms, including commission, disclosure rules and content requirements. Nothing on this site creates an affiliate relationship on its own.
Our content
The words, photos, videos, logos and design on this site belong to KESSARA or the people who licensed them to us. You're welcome to read, share links to, and print pages for your own personal use. Please don't copy, sell or republish our content without our written permission. KESSARA and our logo are our trademarks.
Using the site
Please don't:
- Use the site for anything illegal
- Submit false information, or sign someone else up without their permission
- Try to break into, overload or interfere with the site
- Scrape or copy the site with automated tools
We may suspend or block access for anyone who does.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as research sources in the Journal and our social media pages. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Disclaimers
We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we provide it "as is." We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or complete. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site, whether express or implied.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, KESSARA isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Your responsibility
If you misuse the site or break these terms, and that leads to a claim against KESSARA, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from that claim.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Colorado law. If a dispute comes up, please email us first. Most things can be worked out directly. If we can't resolve it, it will be handled in the state or federal courts in Colorado.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes, including when the store opens. We'll change the effective date at the top when we do. Using the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
